Shipping

For fast service most orders are shipped within 48 hours via UPS (excluding weekends and holidays) and should arrive within 7 working days. These orders are insured with tracking at no extra cost to you. During busy times orders may take up to 7 days to ship. If you need your order rushed please let us know. We need an actual address (business address is fine and preferred) as UPS cannot ship to po boxes.

Holiday shipping- We will ship until December 23rd. Orders will not ship out December 24th - 26th or December 30th - January 2nd.

Holiday rush order- Please e-mail or call us to request a quote for Fedex Express for overnight, 2 day or 3 day service. Orders weighing less than three pounds can be shipped US postal priority mail at no extra charge. Please call for details.
*Please note: Rush orders only apply to in stock items. Please call to confirm all merchandise is available. Drop ship, out of stock and special order items are not available for rush delivery. If an item is placed in your shopping cart it does not necessarily mean it is in stock.

Sorry we no longer ship outside the US. It takes us too much extra time and customers were expecting their order to go out immediately which is not always possible. 

A shipping confirmation E-mail will be sent when your order is processed if you paid by credit card. We do not have a confirmation program for Paypal orders at this time but you are welcome to contact us regarding the status of your order.

Small orders may be shipped via US postal service.

If you have an APO address we will make special accommodations to ship your package using the US postal service. 
These orders are charged actual shipping fees. We will package your order and bring it to the post office. An additional $5.00 will automatically be added to the shipping charge. Adjustments will be made once your order is processed. If we need to charge extra we will notify you first so that we have your permission to do so. 

In order to protect our environment we take pride in using recycled or reused boxes to ship most of our products in.
