RETURNS

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase for unused, unwashed items with tags and packaging intact. You will receive either a refund, exchange or *credit toward another item in our store. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless items are defective (see below).

Refunds-
*Credit card and Paypal refunds totaling $100.00 or more may incur a 10% restocking fee. There will be no charge for a product exchange except for the actual cost of shipping the new item back to you.

Defective Merchandise-
Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the product was defective and the customer does not want a replacement. Defective products are given a full refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning defective merchandise. In some instances we will advise you to return the product directly to the manufacturer.
