Side snapping diaper covers such as the Proraps side snap cover has a looser "poofy" fit to allow for air to circulate around the diaper.

One advantage of hook and loop is you can use them over prefolds without the use of pins or a fastener because they can adjust to fit snugly. Prefolds can be folded into thirds, placed in the wrap and ready to use with this type.

A basic diaper cover is just your everyday general use cover. These covers are made of a thin waterproof material. They are economical, easy to care for and they work well.

NOTE: We recommend that diaper covers are washed in warm, not hot and dried on low heat or hung to dry.

Soft, great fit
This beautifully made cover is super soft and fits well over any type of cloth diaper. It has hook and loop closures (Aplix type) with a wide loop panel in front for a super adjustable fit for any shape baby. The panel is soft and will not scratch your baby's tummy. It has leg gussets to contain messes and a soft cotton outer print.
The night cover can also be used for daytime for a little extra protection. The inner laminate layer is slightly thicker. We like to use the night cover on moderate to heavy wetting babies or for outings.

The Bummis Cotton diaper cover works well with prefold diapers. You can fold the prefold in thirds and lay it in the cover without fastening. We like using this cover with this method because the mesh lining assures there will be no plastic-like material touching baby's skin.

	The SMALL size is modified with an innovative Velcro(tm) closure design to ensure super softness and a fit that really works on the average newborn.

This cover combined with several dozen prefold diapers makes an economical combination that works well. These covers have more of a bikini fit at the sides so they do not cover most fitted diapers very well with the exception of the newborn size. Newborn Proraps work very well with Kissaluvs size 0 fitted diapers.

Proraps Pull On Side Snap Covers

Very leakproof, great nightime cover
The Proraps pull on side snap cover can be used as a pull on cover or it can be snapped on, whichever is easiest. This soft laminated cover snaps on the side and has elastic all the way around the waist for a great fit. It has a loose fit over diapers plus space between the snaps letting plenty of air in to keep baby cooler. The side snap style has the added benefit of preventing curious toddlers from removing the cover. This cover fits over any diaper. Prefolds should be fastened with a Snappi or pins.

Trim fit
Lightweight and durable with a vent in back for air circulation. Front inside flap holds a prefold diaper in place making it very easy to put the diaper and cover on in one step. Extra leg gussets for leak protection. Machine wash, hang dry. These covers work best with prefolds as they may not cover fitted diapers completely. Available in white.

This cover has a great fit over any cloth diaper. It can also be used as a pull on cover with the waist unsnapped. Soft poly laminate with stretchy poly material waist and leg openings. If you have a chubby baby that gets red marks from elastic this cover might be your solution.

WOOL DIAPER COVERS

Benefits of wool- Wool covers allow the skin to breathe. They also have the added benefit of absorbing excess moisture without feeling wet to the touch. Wool has antibacterial properties which keep it smelling clean and making washing necessary only once every week or two. It is also 100% natural. Wool covers need to be lanolized periodically. We sell an excellent no rinse wool wash that contains lanolin. An instruction pamphlet is included with every wool cover.

Lana Wool Covers (soakers)

Lana wool covers. We are extremely happy with the fit, feel and performance of Lana wool covers. These diaper covers, also called soakers, are super soft and stretchy and fit perfectly over any cloth diaper. The pull on style is very easy to use with no snaps or hook and loop to adjust. Imagine your favorite soft sweater and you can get an idea how comfortable your baby will feel. These covers are not scratchy at all like some wool sweaters can be. Lana wool covers work well for daytime or overnight use. Two or three is all you need.
Large covers have a unique adjustable elastic hidden at the waistline. This prevents the soaker from sagging even when the diaper underneath is heavily saturated.
